Browning Garage Studio
For decades, the old garage was full of stuff that the couple took to Burning Man plus an old canoe. Finally it was just too much. The client contacted HDR Remodeling to help them re-purpose the old space into habitable space including a bedroom, bath and extra storage. We were able to do this with a City of Berkeley permit and added the garage to the total home’s square footage dramatically increasing the home’s resale value.
